Group Company: Haiyan Huitong Smart Home Co., Ltd., established in December 2002.
2018
Haiyan Huitong Smart Home Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Huitong Shares, stock code: 872875) held its bell-ringing ceremony for listing on the New Third Board in Beijing, marking the first company from Haiyan County to be listed on the New Third Board this year.
2023
Established in March 2023, Zhejiang Xingyang New Energy Co., Ltd. has officially put its TOPCon photovoltaic (PV) module production into operation.
2024
Ningbo Sunwalker New Energy Technologies Co., LTD. was established in Ningbo High-tech Zone to expand overseas markets and take full responsibility for Xingyang New Energy's overseas sales business.
2025
BC modules have officially entered production.
